Pat, Robert, and Sharon share common values, have different skill sets, and will make individual decisions. We invite discussion and disagreement, but not disrespect. We value teamwork, collaboration, and civil debate. We are truthful, ethical, and lawful, taking our fiduciary responsibilities very seriously. We have integrity. We do not have personal connections to vendors, developers, architects, or builders. We believe in competency, accountability, and communication. Above all, we are honest, hardworking volunteers who will put the needs of ALL Rancho homeowners first, and not favor select groups.
